Mr. Virkus has been in the Sales and Marketing and Capital Markets business for over 20 years.

Leveraging his expertise in Sales and Marketing and Capital Markets, he has built several successful companies and has been directly involved in the capitalization of over $1 billion in transactions on some of the most difficult to close deals in the country.

Graduating from Western Michigan University in 1991, Mr. Virkus joined KPMG Peat Marwick as a Public Accountant where he spent two years on KPMG’s Audit Staff.

In 1993, Mr. Virkus joined Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor where he successfully grew his client base by over 100% per year through multiple sales and marketing strategies. In addition to directing investment portfolios, he earned the position of managing General Motors’ stock option exercise program.

Mr. Virkus left Merrill Lynch in 1999 to join UBS PaineWebber. As a direct result of strong client management and exceptional sales and marketing campaigns, he was promoted to Vice President of Investments and directed the investment portfolios for individual and institutional investors totaling over $50 million in assets.

In 2002, Mr. Virkus founded TRiTON Capital Management and built a consistently profitable Investment Management firm that successfully broadened the scope of investment products available to the individual investor by introducing “Alternative Investments” to their portfolios. Through aggressive marketing strategies and the recruitment and management of a team of Registered Reps, TRiTON grew its revenues by over 75% per year with assets under management well in excess of $100 million.

Due to TRiTON’s significant growth in Real Estate Syndication and the demand of its investors, TRiTON transitioned in 2005 into a “Full Service” Real Estate Investment Banking and Development Company that has been directly involved in investments and developments totaling over $1 billion. TRiTON’s most noteworthy project was the development of Hyatt Resorts $100 million flagship Private Residence Club located on Siesta Key Beach in Sarasota Florida, www.siestakeybeach.hyatt.com.

Since the development of the Hyatt project, TRiTON has focused its efforts back to the Investment Banking side of the business and is very active in the placement of Joint Venture Equity, Bridge Loans and Conventional Debt.
